…my favorite book

Love in the Time of Cholera, by Gabriel Garcia Marquez

…a favorite place I’ve visited

Kathmandu, Nepal, which I was inspired to visit after reading Jon Krakauer’s book Into Thin Air. The city is alive in a way I’d never experienced, and the people there are unusually warm and generous.

…eight people living or dead I’d invite to my ideal dinner party

Margaret Mead, Jane Addams, Rosa Parks, my great-grandfather Edward Robbins (a psychiatrist at the turn of the 20th century), Tina Fey, Robin Williams, Carol King, and my parents

…something I can’t stop thinking about

Finding a good hot yoga studio in Manhattan! Let me know if you have any recommendations
