Chandler was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, where she attended the Berkeley Carroll School from first through twelfth grade. She then went on to Yale University, beginning her college career as a pre-med biology major and coming out the other side as an actor with an English degree. When not tutoring, Chandler fills her time making and consuming theater and films, eavesdropping on strangers, and drinking all sorts of combinations of espresso and milk.
